I wasn't able to follow the steps exactly as the pathways you suggested don't exist in the same way on my operating system, I was however able to relog, repair and reset the Xbox app, and clear the Microsoft store cache. The Microsoft Store app does not exist in under my "Installed apps" section and so I am unable to repair or reset, the only location it exists is under the "Default apps" section which does not give me the option to manage it.
